About

My path into sports photography began during my studies at the German Sport University Cologne.
In 2015, I gained practical experience photographing college sports and working with professional equipment during an internship at the University of Florida.
This was followed by a role as photographer and videographer at a martial arts club in New York City. From 2017 to 2019, I deepened my skills while working for a Cologne-basedphotographer, focusing on Adobe software and professional workflows.
In 2020, I travelled around the world for a personal project, portraying women in martial arts across various cultures and contexts.
Alongside my current design studies in Cologne, I have spent the past two
years as a team photographer for the German Judo Federation, covering
world championships and documenting the journey of the national team.
